In the table below please find our rates for translation and interpretation services. These rates do not include charges such as travel, per-diem, and other incidental expenses which may be incurred by our linguists in the performance of services. Please note that we offer substantial discounts for large volume and long term projects.

Rates quoted are in United States Dollars only. Customer is responsible for any foreign currency conversion fees, wire transfer fees and any other expenses associated with converting foreign currency into U.S. Dollars. For credit card transactions we may also charge an additional 3% credit card processing fee.

These rates provided for informational purposes only. By providing these rates on our website we intended to give you a rough estimate of what cost may be involved in contracting translation and / or interpretation services. These rates should not be considered as part of any service contract and we reserve the right to change them at any time and without giving you any prior notice. Please note that in addition to fees for interpretation and translation services, your particular project may also involve travel, per-diem, and incidental expenses, as well as charges for renting simultaneous interpretation equipment and other fees.

All projects will be quoted on individual basis. When preparing a quote for your project we will carefully consider a variety of factors, such as, technicality of the subject matter, volume of work, location of proposed service, type of service - i.e. simultaneous interpretation vs consecutive, availability of contract personnel, and others. Simultaneous interpretation rates are on per interpreter basis. Please note, a minimum of two interpreters are required for projects involving simultaneous interpretation.

Translation Services

• Charges begin when an interpreter(s) reports to the event location and continue until an interpreter is dismissed by a client regardless whether an interpreter is actually interpreting, waiting for client, setting-up equipment, or performs errands for a client. Overtime rate is 150% of the established rate for specific category and applies to each work hour in excess of 8 hours per day. Travel time to out of town locations is charged at 75% of the established daily rate for specific category. Only daily rate applies to out of town assignments. Travel expenses, such as lodging, transportation, parking, business related long distance phone calls, and per-diem are not included in the above rates. Whenever possible we assign local interpreters. If local interpreter is not available, we will, at your discretion, assign an interpreter that's geographycally close to your event location.  A 50% deposit of the estimated charges may be required for first-time clients with the remainder due within 15 days of invoicing. Estimated travel expenses and per-diem in excess of $300.00 must be paid in advance. If a client cancels an assignment after signing a contract, cancellation fee is 50% of the estimated charges plus any actual out-of pocket expenses that have been paid by us in connection with an assignment prior to such cancellation.
